Currently, for our Client, a company with an established position on the production market, we are looking for: MANAGER ASSEMBLY

LOCATION: Wrocław

RESPONSIBILITIES:
handle the cost efficiency, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process,
setting production goals and meeting target gates,
constantly looking for ways to cut costs and streamline processes,
completing paperwork daily related to the assembly,
works with other personnel to find cost effective and quality materials used in the process,
secure workers with necessary uniforms and protection, doing quality work and meeting the required target,
reporting to supervisors and communicating with other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:
at least an associate degree and manufacturing process and policies certification,
both effective leadership and excellent communication skills,
must be able to adapt fast and easily grip the concept that he will impart to the workers,
knowledge of lean management, a people manager, hands-on, driven to reach the deadlines.

gross salary: 9800 PLN – 13400 PLN
